-notre priorité est de vous assurer une livraison rapide et sûre
- Les envois sont assurés par des sociétés de courrier internationales ou par la poste du pays concerné.
- Selon la destination, les paquets peuvent nécessiter votre signature au moment de la livraison.
1. Frais de livrasion
a) Suisse
- La livraison à une adresse en Suisse est gratuite pour toute commande supérieure à 150 CHF. Pour les commandes d'un montant inférieur, les frais de livraision de 8,50 CHF seront facturés.
- La durée moyenne de livraison pour la Suisse est de 4 à 5 jours ouvrables
- Nous vous contacterons personnellement par e mail après votre commande, pour assurer le suivi et vous informer de l'expédition
b) Union Européenne
-Le temps de livraison pour une adresse en Europe est de 8-10 jours et est gratuite pour toute commande supérieure à 200 CHF. Pour les commandes d'une montant inférieur, des frais d'expédition de 12 CHF seront facturés.
- Nous vous contacterons personnellement par e mail après votre commande, pour assurer le suivi et vous informer de l'expédition.
c) rest of the world
-the average delivery time shipping is between 14-21 days, but it can also be faster. Delivery fee will depend on the final destination and the volume/ weight of the order
-we shall contact you personally via e-mail after your order is placed, in order to follow-up on the order, confirm the delivery date and shipping cost and do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery.
2. VAT & fees
- for online purchases with delivery in Switzerland, 7.7% VAT is already included in the price as seen online.
- for online purchases with delivery to countries within the European Union (EU), the final invoice amount does not include the possible applicable VAT of the residence/delivery country, or any possible customs or import taxes/fees. All taxes and fees that may be levied will have to be payed by the buyer/customer/ recipient, whichever is applicable.

Return Policy
3. Returns and refunds
- Shingaar shawls and jewellery are fully or semi hand made. Each of those products come with slight variations, which add to their unique character.
- If the products purchased and received do not match your expectations or wishes, or for any other reason, you do have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 day, after the physical reception/ delivery of your purchase.
- Should you decide to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us , within the legal time frame, at : shingaar@shingaar.ch
In your mail, indicate your order reference and number, and if you wish to get a refund or apply for an exchange.
Once your request has been approved, we will instruct you on how to return the parcel and products to Shingaar.
For both return or refund requests, it is imperative that the products have not been used, worn, modified, sprayed, perfumed, washed or damaged by you.
All products that are not returned as per indicated procedures , and/or are received back in an improper state that prevents us to put them back on sale, will result in the refund/ exchange option being null and void. In such case, the products will however be sent back to you again.
In case of refund, we shall carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used by you for the initial transaction.
4. shipment loss
- In case of damage or loss or any other questions regarding the goods in delivery, you are requested to contact first the courier service directly with the given tracking number. The goods are usually insured by the same courier company.
